The Classic Edition Turner Watch band is a genuine leather 20mm watch band, and is available in brown or black.
All of our Turner Watches use a standard 20 mm watch band! These bands can be changed at any jewelry store or watch shop. If you'd like to purchase a new genuine leather watchband from us, they're available on our site.
Your Black Edition Turner Watch comes with a 1-year transferable manufacturers warranty starting the date of delivery that covers any and all manufacturing defects (Please note that warranties for Classic Edition Turner Watches are non-transferable). All watches will be inspected, and hand tested for quality assurance before delivery. If there is a manufacturing fault that prevents you from performing, all you need to do is send it in, and we will repair or replace your watch for free. Cosmetic issues that could be caused by wear and tear must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be covered under this warranty. Modifying or tampering with the watch in any way will void its warranty. (This includes changing the battery of your watch yourself. Please visit your local watch shop or jeweler to have your battery replaced, and keep all receipts to ensure that we can honor your Manufacturer's Warranty.)
Unfortunately, all sales are final - no returns or refunds. This is standard with most magic products and was stated in the Terms and Conditions when you purchased the watch. However, your watch does come with a one year manufacturer's warranty, and if we can't solve any problems you are having we will repair or replace your watch!

It usually takes about 24 hours for Domestic Tracking to update online, and about 48 hours for International Tracking to update online! If you received a shipping notification from us, your item is with the courier. When tracking International orders shipped with USPS, you can track your item with the same number on your local courier site once the item reaches your country!
For all EUR and UK orders, your parcel will be shipped with Royal Mail. Your tracking number should update within 24 hours and can be tracked through the Royal Mail website.

First Class Shipping via USPS takes 2-5 business days once shipped within the USA, CAN is 2-3 weeks and the rest of the world can be 3-5 weeks. When shipping internationally you can choose Expedited Delivery via Fedex which takes 7-10 days. In general, it's quicker, but can vary depending on the country it is being shipped to.
All our EUR orders will now be shipped from the UK! This means cheaper, faster shipping of 2-5 business days through Royal Mail!
All orders placed in Europe will now benefit from faster and more affordable rates, with no customs, and will ship from our UK base. Orders placed in the UK will come with next day delivery as standard. This was highly requested and we're glad to be able to provide this on a trial basis. The Turner Watch takes a standard watch battery and can be replaced at any watch-shop or jewelers! The code for the battery is CR2430. You can find these super cheap online, they usually come in a pack of two. When you get the battery replaced, please make sure to have it done by a professional and keep the receipt so that we can continue to honor your One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If you like, you may also want to mention to the technician changing the battery that the Turner Watch is a "smartwatch" and that the crown is not functional. This is just so they don't try to pull on the crown like a normal watch or mess with any of the internal mechanisms.

When you first receive your watch, just press and hold the crown for three seconds! You'll notice the hands start spinning to tell you the watch is now active and a Bluetooth signal is transmitting. You will only ever need to do this once. If you have previously activated your watch and the hands are not moving, you are probably in force time mode. Just tap the crown once to return to normal time.
If we had designed the crown to work as it usually would on a normal watch, it would have meant that our secret electronic control would rely on that mechanism to set the time. We instead chose to use a different mechanism that allows the minute and hour hands to both move independently, letting the right time be set near-instantly once the signal has been received! We put a lot of work into making sure the crown does spin and push in though! If you hold the watch face down, you can ask someone to turn it, and it should feel to them like it is genuinely turning.
The genuine Turner bands are high quality and built to last! Plus, our new watch bands now feature a hand-pressed T icon. If you feel you need to replace yours or want a spare, you can purchase them on our website here.
Our watch bands are also interchangeable with any standard 20 mm watch band! So, if you need to purchase a band that is more your style or size, just make sure it's a 20mm!
You have a couple options: you can take it to a watch repair shop or send it in for us to repair! Most watch repair shops will be able to replace the glass in your watch for an affordable price. The diameter of the glass is 34.03mm and the diameter of the case is 39mm. Our team can also repair your glass for just $40 USD (plus shipping both ways). If you wish to swap your broken watch for a brand new one, contact support about ordering a discounted replacement ($200 off). The discounted replacement will not ship until we receive the original broken watch.
If you believe that you need to reset your watch, please contact support for instructions on how to do so. It is important that you do not reset your watch unless instructed to do so by a Support Team Member.
The very first time that the watch pairs to the app, it can take a few tries to get it to connect, as there are lots of processes running in the background. Make sure you are holding the watch close to the phone, and you don't have any other Bluetooth devices turned on and nearby that could be causing interference.
You can also try uninstalling the NKTW App, forgetting the watch from your Bluetooth settings, and restarting your phone.
If you still have connection difficulties and are using an Android device, try deleting any cache and data the app has before launching it and trying to connect. You can do this from Settings -> Application -> Storage.
The NKTW needs these permissions in order to run. You can head to your phone's settings, find the NKTW app, and allow the use of the microphone and camera. These two permissions are necessary for the app to function properly. We do not store or collect any data on our users.
Be sure to input all times as four-digit numbers. E.g., include the zero in 04:32. We're working on a way to allow three digit inputs in the future, but for now, it is far more secure to input all times using four digits.
Five seconds after you hit record, all the secret buttons will appear on the screen including the "X" to exit this mode. If you wish to exit this mode without hitting record - simply double tap anywhere on the screen and all the secret buttons will appear.
Our app has a bug on some iPhone models when text size is set to more than 100%. For now, make sure your font sizes aren't set to higher than 100%. We are aware of this and are working to resolve this in a future update.
To check and see if your Text Size is set above 100%, go to Settings, Display and Brightness, and Text Size. Make sure that the slider is not above the center line.
The watch is designed to ghost its Bluetooth signal once it's connected. This is so that spectators can't discover that the watch uses Bluetooth. To change the device you connect to, ensure that you have unpaired the watch from inside the app, and also go into your device settings and "Forget this Device."
If you still cannot connect with the new mobile device, you need to restart your watch.

If your iPhone isn't vibrating to indicate that the time has been sent, you'll need to turn it on in your settings! Go to your iPhone's Settings app, and then select Sounds & Haptics. If your phone is on silent, make sure the switch for "Vibrate on Silent" is toggled on. If your phone is on ring, make sure "Vibrate on Ring" is toggled on.
